As a hands-on leadership role, the General Manager – Projects is accountable for safe project delivery, financial performance, resource planning, and the development of people and systems across the business. The role is based at our West Perth Head Office, with regular and purposeful site presence expected to maintain project conditions, team performance, and safety culture across sites.
